Lives change as we get older but I will always have a special place in my heart for Uncle John. He and my father Frank were very good friends and growing up I remember all the time we spent together. We even all went to elementary school together (debra,Carol,Jill,&I). well when my father passed away we all still remained very close, so when I got engaged 42 years ago it only felt right to have Uncle John give me away. He did a really good job that day he made me feel very special, and he totally approved of my husband. I am sure there is a reunion party in heaven right now with my dad and Uncle John.
