Sending my deepest condolences to Elinor and children. I had the best memories of John as a colleague at Fort Hamilton HS while teaching classes with the Academy of Finance.
He had a humorous side to him and many times would come out with hilarious statements with such a straight face that I would need a moment to process!
He truly enjoyed teaching and was kind, caring and respectful to all around him.
May he rest in peace and look over us all. Until we meet again.
