Obituary of Linda Joyce Gofstein

Linda Joyce Gofstein, 61, of Morganville, passed away on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at Mount Sinai Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Linda was born in Staten Island, New York and lived in Morganville for the past 35 years. In her spare time she enjoyed tanning by the pool with her family, vacationing with her husband (sans children), caring for animals, watching trashy slasher films, keeping up with celebrity gossip, and celebrating Christmas year round. 

Linda was predeceased by her father Ralph Betros. She is survived by her mother Joyce Betros; her loving husband of 34 years Howard Gofstein; her two daughters Kyla Gofstein and Heather Gofstein; her brother Ralph Betros and her sister Lisa Hurley.

Friends and family are invited to visit on Friday, March 10 , from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Freeman Manalapan Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North. A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10:30AM  at Marlboro Memorial Cemetery & Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers please consider a memorial donation to the Houston ASPCA.
