Angel was a friend of mine for over 30 years. We go back to his days working at Carstens on Broad Street in Elizabeth NJ. I've been a customer of his since he opened the Diplomat Club. Although you are no longer physically with me, you will forever remain in my heart and your spirit will always be felt. Thank you for being in my life and enriching all of me. You were an amazing person that taught me many things these past 30 years. I’ll always remember the great times when we were all together laughing and going at each in many funny ways. Deepest condolences to the Angel Benitez family and friends. Angel taught me so many life lessons. I worked at Diplomat from age 17-22. I often said to him and others that him and Larry both really helped groom me to be the man that I am today. Angel was not only great businessman but he was also a great mentor and friend.
