To the Family of John R. D'almeida:
My Sister-Elizabeth is a resident at Solana---I First found out yesterday of John's passing on 4/29/20. So,So saddened by this very unfortunate news! Came as a shock to me-he was always so active in helping other residents -and attentive and social!
Unbelievable -in that he seemed so healthy, strong. He related to me his EXPLOITS out west (and I believe Alaska)-fishing trips
with friends-- in out-of the way places. As an Artist myself-I can attest--His Photos (on display-one time at Solana) were excellent (of National geographic quality). I will never forget his pleasant smile, He was taken way too soon (at 73). I will have only fond memories of John (with his Indiana Jones hat). He will be greatly missed. I will pray for John to be at Peace in a Better Place!
