Obituary of Marissa Cohen

Marissa Cohen, 32, of Parlin, passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2020. She was born in Brooklyn, New York and resided in Parlin, then Denville, New Jersey.  She worked as a Behavior Therapist and School Counselor.

She is survived by her mother, Beth Cohen, her sister, Melanie Cohen, her nephew, Aiden Cohen, her grandmother Ann Shapiro.  Also loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and numerous friends. 

Marissa touched the lives of all of the children that she worked with.  She brought light into every room that she entered.  Everyone who had the privilege of knowing her was impacted by her kind spirit and warm presence. She will be greatly missed by all of those who knew her and her memory will live on forever in their hearts.
