Memories, how precious they are. Particulary in these tough times!
My memories of Aunt Chickie and Uncle Gene go back countless years to the first residence in Freehold, before Barb and Linda and particularly Ellen were around yet. Lest I digress, the memories of many Christmas, Thanksgiving and an occasional Easter spent in Freehold are even better! How about that green bean casserole "Chickie" made. It has been my favorite since then and still is today!
More memories of the summer days spent at Manasquan and a few times on Long Beach Island! Pop Pop and Dot doting over us for "no reason"! Or so we thought at the time!
God bless Chickie and Gene, Grace and Ralph and particularly Nanny Dot and Pop Pop who made us who and what we are today.
Still Family forever!
