Cousin Ronnie, whom I was named after, 19 years my senior, was an inspiration to me my whole life. I was privileged to see him when I was just a grade schooler on the occasional visit my family would make to his family home in Lyndhurst, we were from DC. Just to watch him handle the results of his high school accident (playing football) with a combination of reserve and determination still levels me. Seeing him twenty years later when he was visiting for a work conference, and I was around 30 years old, I was still in awe. I will always be. My condolences to you all.

My deepest sympathy on the loss of Ron. I was privileged to have worked with him st Marlboro. He was an extraordinary Psychologist,husband, father,grandfather and friend. He will be missed. Sympathy & Prayers to the family of Ronnie. My last memory of Ronnie was many, many years ago. I was a young girl with my mom & dad (Millie & George Vena) visiting at Aunt Jean's house. I remember this encounter with Ronnie vividly. He said he wanted to hypnotize me. I think, not sure, but he said he was studying psychology. He was very sweet. I let him try and afterwards I told him he succeeded. In reality he didn't put me under, but even at my young age, I didn't want to disappoint him. R.I.P. Ronald Cannella
