Obituary of Maria Mancini

Maria Mancini, 83, of Morganville, NJ passed away on Friday, March 24, 2017. Born in Molfetta, Italy on August 15, 1933 to the late Damiano and Girolama DePinto. She was a dedicated housewife and passionate cook whose love kept her family together. Maria was the Beloved Wife of the late Giovanni Mancini. Survivors include her loving children: Raffaele (Ralph), Damiano (Danny), Filomena, Vito, Gino and Johnny, 15 adoring Grandchildren: Damian, Lenny, Gina, DeAnna, John Joseph, Nicholas, Anthony, Ariana, John Robert, Michael, Gina, Raymond, Patrick, Ashley and Dylan and 1 Great Grandchild: Draycen and their Spouses: Marlene, Anna, Pasquale, Theresa, DeAnna and Christina. Maria is survived by her brother Sergio DePinto and wife Beatrice of Florida and Sister-in-Law, Antonietta Gadaleta, of Weekhawken, NJ along with many nieces and nephews.
Maria’s Life Celebration will include visiting services on Sunday, March 26 from 4:00-8:00 PM at the Freeman Funeral Home located on Route 9 North, Manalapan, NJ. A funeral prayer service will be offered on Monday, March 27 beginning at 11:00 AM at St. Gabriel’s Historic Church. Friends and family may begin gathering at 10:00 AM at the funeral home the morning before services. Maria will be laid to rest at St. Gabriel’s Mausoleum, Marlboro, NJ. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to the American Cancer Society.
