I met Maria at the CareOne rehab facility in Holmdel a few months back. She and my mother shared a room. I was so happy to hear she was Italian and that they could speak to each other in their native tonque. I immediately saw that Maria was truly good person. I enjoyed her company and would speak to the both of them in Italian, keeping mine in practice. Well loved by all, especially her family whom visited daily, I was so very sad to hear of her passing. Maria no longer suffers and is at peace in a better place with her friends and family that have passed before her and I know she is with my mother as well. Getting to know you all made a terrible situation so much better. I offer my heartfelt condolences.
