You are such an amazing person! Thank you for inspiring Aristotle & I on our first trip to Puerto Rico in 2014 by showing us not only the beauty of Culebra, but the work you did researching and rescuing the leatherback sea turtles. It was our favorite vacation by far because of our experience at Playa Brava with you. We loved it so much that we came back this past summer to see you in Culebra again. Although we didn't see any turtles this time, we definitely had some adventures! Thank you for taking care of us both and being not only a generous host--but a real friend. :) You took care of me when I had heat exhaustion at the hostel and always gave us the best tips about food and adventures on the island. My absolute highlight of the entire summer was when you, Aristotle, and I were in the water off of Tortuga Beach in Culebrita. The water was so clear, and no one else was on the beach except for James, who was on the shore getting bitten by a crazy lizard every time he tried to sleep. We couldn't stop laughing at him, he was so silly. There was this moment where I looked down and saw dozens of bright white and black pinstriped fish by our feet! I told you and Aristotle, but you guys couldn't see without your glasses and didn't believe there were as many as I said! It was hilarious because you said there were only a couple fish although you kept trying to see them...but then all of a sudden the fish started jumping up out of the water and we laughed for so long because there were tons of them!! I will miss you so much, but will never forget your passion for Culebra and the turtles. We always spread the word about Culebra, the turtles, and how awesome it was to have you show us the best parts of the island. I can tell that you have inspired many people in your life, and every person is blessed to have met you.
