Obituary of Dominick W. Scarola

Dominick W. Scarola, 84, of Boca Raton, Florida, passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2024.  Dominick was born and raised in Orange, New Jersey and moved to Florida many years ago. He was a retired police Lieutenant for the Orange, NJ police department and a Medical Fraud Investigator for Prudential.  Dominick enjoyed playing cards and could often be found at a poker table, but his true love was his family.

 

Dominick was predeceased by his loving wife Antoinette “Ann” Scarola; his parents Frank Scarola and Phyliss Vicario and his brother William “Billy” Scarola.  He is survived by his children Frank and Joyce DiMuzio, Toni DiMuzio and partner Steve Lewis, Debi Scarola and Donna and Jeff Corio; sister Lucy Hubert; nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his loving sister-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great nephews.

 

Friends and family are invited to gather on Saturday, September 21st , from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at Freeman Manalapan Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North.  A memorial service will be held at Freeman Manalapan Marlboro Funeral Home on Saturday at 11:30 AM.  Interment of cremains will follow at Old Tennent Cemetery in Manalapan, NJ.
