Obituary of Rita Ventura

Rita Ventura, 78, of Manalapan, passed away at home on Monday, September 2, 2024. Rita was born in Italy and moved to the United States over 55 years ago. She loved to take care of those she loved, and could often be found in the kitchen making the most amazing meals which she would share with anyone who wanted or needed a plate of food.

Rita was predeceased by her parents Fabio Taliercio and Maria Trano; brothers Antonio Taliercio, Michele Taliercio and sister Luisa Impaliazzo. She is survived by her loving husband Salvatore Ventura; daughters Alessandra Ventura, Giovanna Ventura and Antonella Ventura; brother Rocco Taliercio and three loving grandchildren, Sofia, Giancarlo and Arianna, and her beloved cat Bella.

Friends and family are invited to visit on Friday, September 6th, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at Freeman Manalapan Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North. A funeral liturgy will be held at St. Thomas More Roman Catholic Church in Manalapan, NJ on Saturday at 11:30 AM. Entombment will follow at Marlboro Memorial Cemetery & Mausoleum.
