My sincerest condolences to the entire Riggin family on the passing of Dave. Over the years Dave, Sandy and me worked on countless landscaping projects outside our home in Millstone. The last project involving replacing a dead Red Maple with a brand new one. It’s a fitting tribute and will forever now be known as the “Dave Tree”. Rest in peace Dave.
