I had the pleasure of having Zoryana as a student when she was a freshman at Manalapan High School. She was a member of the Science & Engineering Magnet Program and I have such wonderful memories of her and her classmates that year as they were taking their first AP course. I will never forget her shy smile and quiet humor or how artistically talented she was. Zory took a creative approach to everything and I loved that about her. I remember when we were holding the Night of the Arts and Sciences program and she baked and decorated individual cupcakes with elements from the periodic table on each of them. Everyone was so impressed with her effort. She was smart and friendly and fit in so well with such a great group of students. I can picture her right now sitting in my classroom and it's a memory I will always keep. Prayers to all who were blessed to know you, Zory-we were fortunate to have such a beautiful young woman in our lives and we will remember how kind and sweet you were to each and everyone one of us.
