Obituary of Maria Delnevo

Please share a memory of Maria to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Maria Delnevo, 91, passed away on Sunday, May 5, 2024 at home surrounded by her loving family.  She was born in Borgo Val Di Taro, Italy and moved to the United States 24 years ago.  In her spare time, Maria loved cooking and gardening.  She had faith and was very religious.  Maria was the happiest being surrounded by her kids, grandkids and great grandkids.  She was happy to be cooking her delicious meals and watching her family enjoying them.  Those were her best times and most treasured memories.  Maria was known as a hard-working, loving, selfless, funny and supportive person.  Although she will be sorely missed, she will live in our hearts forever.  She is now at peace with her husband, son and loved ones.

Maria was predeceased by her husband Aldo; her son Silvano and her two siblings Alda Giuberti and Anna Brattesani.  She is survived by her three children and their spouses Giuliano and Linda Delnevo of High Springs, Florida; Roberto Delnevo of Manalapan, NJ; Gabrielle and Larry Levinson of Manalapan, NJ; her brother and sister-in-law Fenuccio and Rosaria Tiberini of London, England; 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Friends and family are invited to visit on Friday, May 10, 2024 from 4:00pm-8:00pm at the Freeman Manalapan Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Rt 9 North, Manalapan, NJ  07726.  A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at 10:00am at St. Thomas More R.C.
