Obituary of Frances Rose Heizer

Frances Rose Heizer, just 76 years young, of Bonita Springs, Florida passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 1, 2024.  Frances was a native of Jersey City and a longtime resident of Manalapan, NJ.   In her earlier years, Frances worked as a beautician and small business owner of Split Ends Salon on Rt 9 in Manalapan. 

Fran was a lover of animals, especially dogs.  She was an artistic soul drawn to mysteries and crime dramas. She will be remembered for her mischievous wit, and ability to make everyone laugh.  Fran was generous, loving and kind.   She was a unique personality, and will be deeply missed by her family and friends. 

 Frances was predeceased by her loving husband Andrew Heizer.  She is survived by her daughter Christine Lauria (Nicholas); son Michael Heizer (Catherine); sister Carol Vaccaro and grandchildren Alexandra, Angelo, Julia, Kayla, Luke, and Nicolette; as well as her furry grandchildren. 

Friends and family are invited to pay respects on May 13th, from 4pm to 7pm, at Freeman Manalapan Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan, NJ 07726.  A funeral liturgy will be held Saint Thomas Moore, Manalapan NJ at 10am May 14th.
