Obituary of William Charles Laico

William Charles Laico, 71, of Matawan, passed away on Monday, March 25, 2024, at Riverview Medical Center. William was born in Brooklyn, New York.  He was a veteran of the US Air Force and a member of the American Legion Post 321. William was employed as a master electrician for JLL. He enjoyed traveling, most recently touring Italy and spending times with those he loved.

William was predeceased by his parents August and Catherine Laico; and brother John Laico. He is survived by his siblings Rosemary Cioffi, Paul Laico and Thomas Laico; daughter Ashley Boulos (Paul); son Christopher Laico; grandsons Luke and Liam Boulos and Bernadette Grabowski his partner of 11 years, with whom he shared love, laughs and life’s adventures.

Friends and family are invited to visit on Monday, April 1^st , from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at Freeman Funeral Home, 47 East Main Street, Freehold. A funeral liturgy will be held at St. Rose of Lima Church, 16 Mclean Street, Freehold on Tuesday at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers the family is requesting memorial donations be made to St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
