Heather was a hard worker, tough but fair and always willing to jump n and lend a hand. She was a force in the kitchen and was a huge help for any new project. She was a kindhearted and giving person also. She will be missed in the kitchen at Centrastate.

I met Heather when i first started working at CentraState in 2021. She was such a kind, whole hearted, hardworking woman. She was the glue that kept the kitchen together.
So many fun memories especially this one time when i was working morning shift. I was in the back of the kitchen by the dishwasher area and her and Bob were putting glassware into the machine that specifically for glassware and Bob was busting her chops as per usual, and she then threw the glassware into the machine and slammed it shut which caused Bob to bark which then caused Heather to stare at him like “are you kidding me?” :D
that memory will always be stuck deep in my mind.
We all miss you Heather! So sad to see to you go :(

I will never forget the first time I met Heather, she was screaming that another appliance was not working, but I was new to hospital, so I thought gee this lady is crazy! But come to find out that the plumber on hand befor I arrive was not interested in helping at all , so I went on my business and fixed the problem, after that she realized I was in her corner to help with equipment , and that started a wonderful relationship , I always went to bat for the kitchen and their needs and was very proud as to what I could do to help them get there work done, that said we both grew to a great respect for each other and the the rest is history. I will miss her so much , what a Classy Lady!! She will always be in my Heart
