My dear sweet, loving girl, I still can’t believe you are not with us anymore. It breaks my heart and my life never will be the same without you. You we’re always there for me in good times and bad.
You were the most loving, caring, compassionate, selfless, and generous person and I have always been proud to say that you are my daughter.
You never complained, you always said”I will get through this and tomorrow will be better”. I guess tomorrow is better as you are in heaven with Jesus and Our Father.
Please give Dad, Mary and all our family a big hug and know that we will be together once again

My cousin Vicky had the best traits from each of her parents. My Dad’s sister Elyse, and my Dad’s shipmate Nelson. She is, a great person and I will miss her very much.

We will always remember our boating days and the wonderful times we would have on E dock. Joe and I would always be hoping to meet up with you both when we were driving there.

Vicky, one of my first friends at age 6, I met u riding bikes and asked u to sleep over at my house. For many years after, we sang karaoke before it was a thing (Betty Davis Eyes and 9 to 5), canvassed the forest behind your house, and made “witches brew” in your sand box. Your move back to NJ was a surprise at age 10 but I was so excited to visit at age 12, since we stayed friends, ‘pen pals’ and called each other Laverne and Shirley. Your parents so sweet to take us beaching and to NY and camping in the Pokonos. I’m so greatful you were my lifelong friend!

Glen, Mrs. Smock, Ryan, Jamie and family,
My sincere condolences to you all. How lucky was I to have the most amazing human (and her family), live across the street from me, and to have her as one of my closest friends growing up? Vicky was a bright star in this world, filled with love, kindness, and positivity. We laughed every single time we were together. She has left us too soon, but has left us with a lifetime of joyful memories, ones I will cherish forever. I will miss her so much. May the faith she had bring you all love and strength during this difficult time. My love to you all.

Vicky, the memories I have with you are many, from driving to school together, "IT", prom, sleepovers, being part of your family the list is endless. You have been part of my life since elementary school. We've shared our biggest life events together both joyous and sad. You are one of my forever friends, one who made me always want to be a better person, one who supported me unconditionally. None of us were ready for you to leave but heaven truly gained an angel.
