Obituary of Anita Papa

 Anita Papa, 87, of Manalapan, passed away on Thursday, July 27, 2023. Anita was born in Brooklyn, New York. She moved to Manalapan where she lived and raised her family for over 57 years.

Anita was predeceased by her loving husband Eugene; father Frank Desapio; mother “Millie” DeSapio and brother Daniel DeSapio. She is survived by her three children Gaetano Papa of Bunnell, Florida, Frank Papa of Hammonton, NJ and Danielle Papa of Hawthorne, NJ and her feisty chihuahua Miley.       

Friends and family are invited to visit on Sunday, August 6th, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, at Freeman Manalapan Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North. A funeral service will be held Monday 10:30 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Old Tennent Cemetery in Manalapan.
