Obituary of Stanley Galatro

Stanley Galatro, 80, of Freehold, passed away on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at home. Stanley was born in Brooklyn, New York and moved to Freehold 37 years ago. He proudly served his country in the Air Force before going into the auto business for the next 40 years. In his spare time, he enjoyed cruising with his beloved wife Christina and traveling throughout Europe.

Stanley is survived by his loving wife Christina Galatro; his son Derek Galatro of Birmingham AL and his beloved grandchildren Justin Galatro, Eric Galatro, Joseph Galatro, Joshua Galatro and Abigal Galatro.

Friends and family are invited to attend his funeral liturgy Friday July 14 at 12pm at St. Rose of Lima Church, 16 McLean St, Freehold, New Jersey. A Visitation will be held following the Mass on Friday at the Freeman Funeral Home, 47 East Main Street, Freehold from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM.
