Obituary of Miriam Morries

Miriam Morries, 68, of Browns Mills, passed away on Thursday, May 25, 2023, at home. Miriam was born at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, New Jersey. She attended Englishtown public schools and graduated from Marlboro high school.

Miriam was employed as a secretary of psychiatrists for nearly 10 years and as a commuter Bus Driver for Coach USA until she took her well deserved retirement.  Miriam loved traveling, spending time with family and could often be found listening to her favorite music.

Miriam was predeceased by her parents Malton and Lucille Morris and siblings Marlene Morris, Terry Morris, and Melvin Morris.  She is survived by son Malton Morris; daughter Kimo Morris-Lowe (Michael); brothers Alvin and Roasal Morris; sisters Marcia Morris and Elaine Morris; her loving partner Felix Alicea; grandchildren Gerald Morris,Tyrone Bennett, Tyshawn Morris, Claudio Gonzalez; Nymira Collins, Aamir Morris, King Born Morris, Na’zir Morris, Ishier Rush, Zaliah Morris and 13 great-grandchildren.
