Obituary of Theresa Marion Rocco

Theresa Marion Rocco, 89, of Manalapan, peacefully passed away on Wednesday May 10, 2023, at Scripps Memorial Hospital in Encinitas, CA surrounded by family.  Theresa was born in Brooklyn, NY.  She loved her family…they were her pride and joy.  She devoted her entire life to being the best Wife, Mom and Grandmother and truly enjoyed all family occasions, which were surrounded by love and laughter.  In addition, Theresa loved the NY Mets and could often be cheering them on at home while knitting.

Theresa was preceded in death by her husband Michael V. Rocco; parents Joseph and Christina DiGrazia; son Michael V. Rocco Jr. and brother Joseph DiGrazia. She is survived by her 3 children, Michele Napolitano and husband Robert; Michael A. Rocco and wife Susan; Robert V. Rocco and wife Jocelyn; grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Nicole, Samantha, Stephanie, Mara and Roman; and great-grandchildren, Vincent, Beau, Reese and Jack.

Friends and family are invited to visit on May 31^st for a Memorial Gathering from 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. at Freeman Manalapan Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North.  A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Gabriel's Historic Church, 549 Route 520 Marlboro, NJ on June 1^st at 11am. Interment of cremains will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Staten Island, NY.
