Obituary of Gloria E Ringwald

Gloria E. Ringwald, 85, of Marlboro, NJ  passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2023 at her home surrounded by her loving family.  She was born in Red Bank, New Jersey. Gloria worked at Marlboro High School in the cafeteria.  She loved interacting with the children and at home she loved to cook and spend time with her beloved family.  Gloria was a member of the Keyport Chapter of The Eastern Star. 

Gloria was predeceased by her loving husband of 58 years, Charles W. Ringwald in 2016.  They shared a love so deep and are now reunited.  She was also predeceased by her son Charles A. Ringwald also in 2016.  She is survived her son Brian and his wife Donna Ringwald; her daughter Debra and her husband Ronald Lowther; five grandchildren Charles M. Ringwald, Brian C. Lowther, Jessica L. Lowther, Nicole E. Ringwald, Brian D. Ringwald; great grandson Joshua T. Lowther as well as many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Gloria will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

A visitation will be held on Friday, May 12, 2023 from 4-8pm at the Freeman Funeral Home, 47 East Main Street, Freehold, NJ  07728.  A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 9:00am at the funeral home.  Interment will follow at Fair View Cemetery in Middletown.  To find directions or leave a message of condolence please visit our website at www.freemanfuneralhomes.com.
