A: Richie was never short of a laugh or smile with his generous heart even in his pain…… maybe there’s something to the people that laugh the hardest are hiding the pain….. but you are loved, and will be missed❤️

Dear Lopez Fanily, my name is Tommy Piro and Richie is and will always be one of the most kindest, authentic of a man made of aged fabric from a time before his own - though a time he surely was fond of as he always shared about his father and his eyes would light up. Richie and I met specifically at the Park City Diner in Lancaster and it wasn't long before we said goodbye that we were both in recovery. To keep this short but moving because the Rich I got the chance to know was a larger than life being that I know people often question if he was real, because I've got that same charisma. But, he was kind, feared in The Lord Jesus Christ, the most authentic and empathetic of friends, a great storyteller (Aren't we all? It's just a Jersey thing), a handsome fella who I'd discuss largely about his humorous inclinations that I was a "multi-tasking animal" lol and he never believed a word I said whenever I'd been using and too ashamed to tell anyone. He always cared. I will miss him dearly. Lancaster will miss him dearly. I am so very sorry for your loss. He had a heart of gold and it's lighter on Earth now that he is gone, but the world is that much kinder with all of those he's helped along the way. In Jesus' Name, may He comfort and bless you and may He keep you, also. Amen. Ciao. RIP Richie.. I promise I'll do stick and stay. Love you, paesan; no. My brother. ❤️

My condolences to the Lopez family, I will never forget the impact he made in my life in the last 5 months dating, he will forever be missed in my life, we were inseparable, he was an amazing man, my heart breaks for his family as well as my heart is broke, one day we will see each other again in heaven so blessed God put him in my life, I miss you so much Richie!

My condolences to Richie's family. I only knew Richie for 6 short weeks, but instantly fell in love with him when he started at packaging. My heart is broke, and I miss you so much already. I am so saddened to hear this. I met Richie when I was in 5th grade and share so many special memories with him. I have a hole where those memories live now but am comforted knowing he’s at peace. Condolences to his family and all who loved him.

My condolences to the Lopez family. Ive known Richie since I hired him to be a server at the IHOP in Neptune 20 years ago. We've remained good friends since. I know all about his struggles and been by his side to support and help him through. Richie truely was a great guy. I will miss him.

I miss you beyond words!!
