Obituary of Margaret Moffa

Margaret Moffa, 92, of Freehold Borough, passed away on Wednesday, February 11, 2015, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold. Born in Lawrence, PA, she lived in Charleroi, PA and then Queens before moving to Freehold Borough in 1959. She was a proud World War II U.S. Marine Corps veteran. Margaret worked for Travelers Insurance Co. in Manhattan for many years and then at Guardian Answering Service in Freehold before retiring. She was predeceased by her son, Thomas Jeremy in 2003. She is survived by her son, Richard Moffa of Freehold Borough. A graveside funeral service will be held on Monday, Feb. 16 at 1 p.m. at Maplewood Cemetery, Freehold.
