When I found out that Vin, as his beloved cousin Maureen called him, had passed away, my heart just dropped for the world to lose such a loving person. I knew Vinny through my friend Maureen, who too passed away too young. She adored her cousin Pat and her husband equally. He was so kind and generous to Maureen, and always mad her laugh. When she got sick he made sure he and Pat visited and stayed in touch with me throughout. I didn't spend much time with him, but I came to know that he loved his wife, his children and his friends very strongly. My heart goes out to Pat and his girls, their husbands and his beloved grandchildren. I will keep you all in my prayers.
