Death is no the end of life but a celebration of a life shared. Memories and warmth. They are the true embodiment of you mummy. Always had a smile and showed kindness and love to everyone who got to know you. You hold a special place in my heart for without you, I wouldn’t have known what Christmas with family meant. I love you Mummy and will surely miss you. I will keep your memory alive and will miss you. May your gentle soul rest in peace and the angels guide you to place of rest and peace.

Today we honor the life of my mom, Adekeye Helen Olawumi. She was a truly amazing woman who was the kindest and most loving person in the world. I actually call her "sisi Helen" because of the kind of relationship she built with us. I can honestly say she was my best friend and to try and do justice right her in this short eulogy will be impossible. She dedicated her life to family and making sure we were supported in whatever we did and that we never felt anything other than loved. She sacrificed more than I’ll ever know and even when she was putting everyone else before herself she still made time to listen to all our problems. Everyone who was fortunate enough to know her was in awe of everything she achieved. And the warmth and happiness she bought to us cannot be overstated. I loved her more than words could possibly say and she will live on in my heart forever more. From Segun Adekeye Your Son.

Though her smile is gone forever and her hand I cannot touch, I still have so many memories we shared together. Her memory is now my keepsake which with I’ll never part. God has her in his keeping, I have her in my heart. Sadly missed, but never forgotten.
