Obituary of Arthur Jay Shorr

Arthur Jay Shorr, 64, of Marlboro, passed away on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at Jersey Shore Medical Center. Arthur was born in Brooklyn, New York and has lived in Marlboro for the past 32 years. He enjoyed playing and watching sports, music and concerts, dining out, and summer days at the beach. Arthur was employed as a Division Head in the garment industry for Land and Sea.

Arthur is survived by his wife, Lynette Shorr; his son, Brian Shorr; his daughter, Amanda Shorr; his brother, Mark Shorr and his nephew Jason Shorr.                                     

Friends and family are invited to gather on Sunday, July 31, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, at Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North. A funeral service will be held at the Funeral Home on Sunday at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Beth David Cemetery, Elmont.
