Obituary of Charlotte Grozier Becker

Charlotte Grozier Becker, 83, of Morganville, passed away on Wednesday, May 25^th, 2022, at home, surrounded by family and friends while she listened to her favorite music.  Charlotte graduated as valedictorian and was the first national merit award scholar from Nanticoke High School in 1956. She attended Misercordia College and graduated with honors magna cum laude in 1960. Charlotte continued her education at the University of Scranton and received her Master’s Degree in 1971. She was a teacher for 37 years at Old Bridge Township Public Schools, Glenn School and Carpenter School. She loved teaching, her family, and music.   She was a parishioner of St. Gabriel’s Church for many years.   

Charlotte was predeceased by her parents Michael and Rosella Grozier.  She is survived by her husband John “Jack” of 50 years; daughter Lisa and her husband Jeremy Perreault; son John and his wife Amber Becker; brother Dr. Michael Grozier and his wife Betty Ann; granddaughter Ella Rose Perreault; grandson Griffin Perreault, granddaughter Ryanne Becker and granddaughter Alyx Becker. A special thanks to the many wonderful friends, especially Karen and Rosette.  Much appreciation to her Aids Eloise, Carol, Divika, Jacinta and Mavis.

Friends and family are invited to visit on Friday, May 27th, 2022 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm, at Freeman Manalapan Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan.  A funeral liturgy will be held at St. Gabriel's MAIN Church, Marlboro on Saturday, May 28^th at 11:00am.
