Obituary of Arthur Mudd

Arthur Mudd, 92, of Manalapan, passed away on Monday, January 31^st, 2022, at home. Arthur was born in Newark, New Jersey, and resided in Manalapan for 56 years.  Arthur was employed as a Machinist for General Dynamics in Avenal before retiring.  He proudly served his country from 1953-1958 in the United State Army.  Arthur loved Horse Racing; watching the Notre Dame Fighting Irish Football team; traveling to Atlantic City, working in the back yard and spending time outdoors. 

 

Arthur was predeceased by his wife Mary; sister Elizabeth; and brother James.  He is survived by his daughter Laura and her husband Michael; and granddaughter Katherine.

 

Friends and family are invited to visit on Thursday, February 3^rd, from 2:00pm to 5:00pm, at Freeman Manalapan Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan.  A funeral liturgy will be held at St. Thomas More Roman Catholic Church, Manalapan on Friday, February 4^th at 10:00am.
