My brother, Barry, and I were two of the little kids in the extended Ladinsky family. Paul lived around the corner and yet took the time to share time with us. He rented a rowboat in Revere and took us out for a day of fishing. He taught us what to do when we caught flounders and especially what to do and not do if we caught an eel! On another occasion, he volunteered to drive me across town to my little league game. When we got there, we found that the game was going to be called because the umpire didn't show up. After telling me that no favoritism was going to happen, he pulled out umpire equipment from his trunk and umpires the game. I don't remember who won but I was so proud to call him my cousin. I am so sorry to hear about Paul's passing. I hope my remembrances are of some help to you. Your cousin, Ken Altshuler
