Obituary of Denise Irene Flammia

Denise Flammia, 65, of Manalapan, passed away on Sunday, November 28, 2021, at Saint Barnabas Medical Center surrounded by family. Born in Newark, New Jersey, she resided in Manalapan for 35 years. Denise was a woman of faith and a member of St. Thomas More Roman Catholic Church in Manalapan. She enjoyed traveling to Aruba and family vacations to Wildwood; doing crossword puzzles; watching General Hospital; family traditions and most of all, taking care of and being with her family.  

 

She is survived by her husband Rocky; daughter Mandie and her husband Evan; son Rocky and his wife Lindsay; daughter Corie and her husband James; son Dino and his wife Nicole; daughter Sherie; brothers Dino, Christopher, Tommy and Anthony; grandchildren Casey, Evan, Aiden, Jake, Lexi, Rocco, Emmy, Leo and Ben.

 

At the request of the family, all guests please wear a mask. Friends and family are invited to visit on Wednesday, December 1st, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, at Freeman Manalapan Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan.  A funeral liturgy will be held at St. Thomas More Roman Catholic Church, Manalapan on Thursday, December 2nd at 10:00am. Entombment will follow at Holmdel Cemetery & Mausoleum, Holmdel.
