Obituary of Joseph John Cozzo

Joseph John Cozzo of Howell, NJ passed away on September 18, 2021 at Jersey Shore Medical Center. Born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Augustino and Maragaret Cozzo.  Joseph spent over 50 years working in the financial printing business as a platemaker and he was a member of Local 51.  His last place of employment was Bowne & Co.   After his retirement, Joseph was a “snowbird” spending his winters at his home in Seven Springs Golf & Country Club, New Port Richey, FL and his summers in his home in Staten Island, NY.   He enjoyed playing Golf, hanging out at the Club House with his friends, listening to Frank Sinatra and watching the NY Yankees.  His greatest enjoyment in life was traveling with his family and being with his grandchildren.  He had a great sense of humor and would always light up a  room when he walked into it.  He will be sadly missed by all those who knew him.

He is survived by his loving wife Anna M. Cozzo, son Michael Cozzo, daughter Joanne McCracken and husband Michael. Grandchildren, Branson Joseph McCracken and Gabriella Grace McCracken.

The Cozzo Family requests that all guest, please wear a mask.  Friends and family are invited to visit on Wednesday, September 22nd, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at Freeman Manalapan Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan.  A funeral liturgy will be held at St. Gabriel's MAIN Church on Thursday, September 23^rd, at 11:00 AM.
