Obituary of Jennifer Lagomarsino

Please share a memory of Jennifer to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Jennifer Lagomarsino unexpectedly passed away on Thursday, June 10th, 2021 at her home in Freehold, NJ at the age of 57.

She is survived by her daughters, Jessica Lagomarsino, Emily Lagomarsino and Amy Lagomarsino; her siblings, Michael Olszewski, Loretta Johnson (Bill Johnson),  Joseph Olszewski (Patty Olszewski) and John Olszewski (Veronica Olszewski).  She is predeceased by her parents, Joseph C. Olszewski and Josephine Olszewski, her sister, Joanne Clemens and her great nephew, Larry Paden, Jr. She is also survived by nephews and nieces, Debra Brunner, Jackie Clemens, Will Johnson, CJ Johnson,  Victoria Johnson, Julia Olszewski, Liz Olszewski and Cece Olszewski; and great nephews and niece, Ryan Brunner, Evan Brunner and Shelby Brunner; and her grandpup Tato Lagomarsino.

Jennifer was born on June 8, 1964 in Norristown, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Plymouth Whitemarsh High School in 1982.  She received an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Brookdale Community College in 2012. She graduated from Rutgers University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management.  She received an additional professional certification from SHRM in 2019.

She welcomed her three beautiful daughters in 1989, 1992 and 1996, who were the most important part of her life.  Her total devotion to her children and extended family set an example to all who knew her. While raising her children, Jennifer worked at the Central Jersey Blood Center as an IT professional and director.  She was then driven to complete her college education and began a professional career in Human Resources. Education was extremely important to her and she always said her biggest accomplishment was having her three daughters all graduate from college. She enjoyed shopping and traveling with her girls, going to the beach, learning to play golf and listening and dancing to live music.  She could always be counted on to bring candy and sweets for the children at family gatherings. Jennifer was the counselor, planner and backbone of her extended family and will be deeply missed by her family and her many friends.

Visitation will be held at Freeman Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan, NJ, on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on June 16, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. A funeral liturgy will be held at St. Rose of Lima Church, 16 McLean Street, Freehold, NJ on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. To leave a condolence or find directions, visit www.freemanfuneralhomes.com
