Obituary of Carol Ann V. Kovacs

Carol Ann Virginia Kovacs, 79, of Manalapan, passed away on Monday, January 25, 2021, at home in Manalapan, New Jersey. She was born and raised in  Perth Amboy, New Jersey.   Carol settled in Manalapan 52 years ago.  She was employed by Manalapan Township as a clerk before retiring in 1994.  Carol was known for her kindness and honesty and her special commitment and love for God.  She would remind us that we are “too blessed to be stressed”.  Carol was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.

She is predeceased by her husband Bruce in 2020 and her grandson Daniel J. Stopkowitz in 1988.  Carol is survived by son Patrick and daughter in law Taisha Munoz;  daughter Dawn Chernick and son in law Alex; brother Peter Banks  and sister in law Arleen; sister Arlene Wanat and brother in law Jack; grandchildren Tiffany Stopkowitz and Alex, Skyler, Arianna and Evan Chernick.
