My Aunt Mary was a special person, a woman ahead of her time. She had a wide range of interests and was always up to date with current events. I have such fond memories of all our Sunday dinners, beach days, the many adventures of the Helfont's and the Hurst's and just spending time with her. She will be greatly missed. Love Mona

I remember I was talking with Mary about finishing my dissertation and she promptly said "can I read it?" She said she had never read a dissertation and wanted to see what went into it. No ne ever asked me to read it but with Mary's intellectual curiosity I was not surprised so I sent her a copy and she read it!
