Betty (Bien) Cuoco, born August 31, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Joseph F. & Mary (Billand) Bien, and grew up in Lawrence Harbor, N.J., She died on December 27, 2020, just three weeks after her beloved partner and husband for over fifty-years, Victor Daniel Cuoco, Sr., unexpectedly passed. Betty’s death was also sudden, and while no official cause of death was given her family believes that she died of a broken heart.
Betty was a loving wife, mother, and sister. Laughter could always be heard when she was together with her siblings around a kitchen table playing cards and drinking coffee.
Predeceased by her husband, Victor Daniel Cuoco, Sr., (8 October 1937 – 3 December 2020), son Victor “Danny” Daniel Cuoco, Jr., of Freehold Borough, N.J., (15 March 1970 – 27 September 2013), and siblings Frederick Joseph Bien, of West Palm Beach, Fla., (28 December 1927 – 11 September 2009), Maria Schwartz (18 September 1931 – 6 April 1980) of St. Petersburg, Fla., Anna Parkstrom, of South Amboy, N.J., (18 September 1931 – 18 December 2012), Joseph Frederick Bien, of Bonifay, Fla., (27 June 1935 – 23 June 2009), Regina Sillette, of Lanoka Harbor, N.J., (12 May 1939 – 14 February 2020), and Joan Edley, of Hyattsville, Md., (19 May 1941 – 20 April 2020).
She is survived by her son Jerry Westcott, Jr., of Howell, N.J., her sister Jane Bien Jennings, of Palm Coast, Fla., and her brother Richard Bien, of Sayreville, N.J., and many more nieces and nephews who will miss her deeply.
Betty was inurned at Cloverleaf Memorial Park in Woodbridge, N.J., in a service December 9, 2022, in the same services, her husband Vic Cuoco and her sister Joan Edley were also laid to rest.
