Obituary of Robert Allen Bennett

Robert Bennett, 63, of Freehold Borough, passed away on Saturday, November 8, 2014, at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. He was a lifelong resident of Freehold Borough. He was active in many organizations throughout his life, Including a member and longtime treasurer of the First Baptist Church, a member of the CentraState Medical Center Foundation Board, member of the Recreation Commission of Freehold Borough, and a board member of I.E.P. of Freehold. Robert was predeceased by his brother, Butch. He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Paulette; his son and daughter-in-law, Bradley and Susan of Howell; his daughter, Becky of Astoria, Queens; and his brother, James of Amherst, NH. Family and friends are invited to visit on Wednesday, November 12, from 4 to 8 PM, at Freeman Funeral Home, 47 East Main Street, Freehold. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 11 AM.
