Ron was a friend of mine for over 35 years. He was a person who was the real deal. Always with a wry smile and a wise remark, there was no one who he did not get along with. My late twin brother went to many outings with Ron and the group on their semi annual trips. I went to one in Ocean City Maryland. We all had a great time. I also loved playing with the Thursday Group formed by Ron and played with them for two decades. His uncanny remarks and warm smile were his hallmark. Rest in Peace Ron Keep the ball in the short grass
