A God parent is a person trusted by your parents to look after you in an extreme situation. Those individuals are chosen because they are loved dearly and are valued by your parents. Fortunately for me it didn’t come down to that, but it was comforting to me to know that Joe and Sally were there for me if the situation arose. They are in my memories as a shining light, always brought a smile to my face and always happy to see them. Nothing but fond memories especially the bungalow summer BBQ’s.Rest in piece to my God mother Sally .Love John and the Marchetta family

I remember she was the best cook in the world we would literally fight over the food she sent home. Every time she made eggplant she’d save me some. She was a wonderful women who made us feel Beautiful and smart before that was a thing. She was amazing and I’m sorry I did not get to see her in many years. Such a good example of a great mom all love ❤️ You’ll be missed. Love Elaine,Regina and Barbara. Say hi to Joey for us.
