Obituary of Philip Anthony Mangone

Philip Anthony Mangone of Old Bridge, NJ passed away at the age of 64 at NYU on August 25th, 2019. Philip was born in Hialeah, Florida. At the age of 9 months, he and his family moved to his beloved Brooklyn, NY where he made lifelong friends. 

In 1987 Philip and his wife Gladys, moved to Old Bridge, NJ where they began their journey of 37 years together with their two beautiful sons- Jason and Nicholas.

Philip worked for over 20 years in NYC as a commodity broker, with his last ten years as an insulation contractor. 

Philip was predeceased by his father Anthony J Mangone. He is survived by his mother Louise, wife Gladys, sons Jason and Nicholas, sisters Marianne, Patty her husband Kevin; his sister-in-law Sonia and her husband Jose, loving nieces and nephews, and his brother-in law Carmelo.  

Family and friends are invited on Saturday August 31st, 2019 at 11:00am for Mass which will be held at Most Holy Redeemer Church-133 Amboy Road, Matawan, N.J 07747. Following the mass, a memorial visitation from 1:00pm to 4:00 pm at Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan, N.J 07726.
