I am so sad to hear of Larry's passing.
We had many good years working together at the start of his career.
Larry was a caring , good hearted soul and I know he will be dearly missed.

Larry's passing has left a wound not so easily or readily healed. He had a big heart to match all the big smiles he had to give and all the big smiles he brought to all of us; especially all the kiddos. He loved the kiddos in our family and was always fun, kind, and ready to uplift and inspire them to be the best they could be and follow their dreams.
He didn't let his personal battles take away from all the love and generousity he had to pass around to those he cared about most.
Godrest and Godspeed Larry, until we see ya on the other side!

My heartfelt condolences goes out to the family of Lawrence Salthammer (Larry), who has been a fantastic brother, uncle and friend. I have worked with Larry for many years at Brown Brothers. I had some great times hanging out after work with Larry and our other co-workers. His smile was a ray of sunshine. Larry will never be forgotten

There are so many thoughts going through my head regarding you my friend. We had a lot of laughter, conversations and me always telling you to relax whenever you could not get something to work.. I call you handsome and you respond with hi beautiful. I am really trying to get this around my head, even though I know, it still hurts. You were the type of person that was so ready to help and it was so easy to love your personality. Rest in peace my dear friend.. We've had some great times together.. I will never ever forget.. Gone to young Larry.. Keep the beatles songs going for you..we use to be in my house when beatles night would be playing and we'd be singing along jamming. Playing outside as we were younger everyday. Our parents would be outside shooting the shit in their beach chairs. While we'd be playing wiffle ball or just a game of catch outside of our building's. Fly high my good friend.. Until we meet again..

My sincere condolences to the family of Larry Salthammer, Larry was a dear colleague and friend of mine for the last 35 years. We both like the NY Mets and Jets and kept in touch by phone. I spoke to him e two weeks ago when he put a beautiful testimonial on the Fullenton Funeral website of my wife passing last month. May he rest in peace and until we meet again in Heaven my friend.

Uncle Larry, where to start... You were the best uncle a girl could ever ask for. We had a special relationship that is irreplaceable and will go always remembered. You were my best friend. When I didn't have anyone to talk to, you were always there for me. You treated each one of us like one of your own children, because we basically were since you didn't have your own. You always defended me and knew how to cheer me up when I was down. We had such a special connection too. You and I always spoke and talked about things. You've helped me through the hardest times of my life and guided me in the right direction when no one else knew how to. You are the coolest, most real, genuine, funny, sarcastic, smart, loving, and caring uncle a girl could ever ask for. You used to stay up with me and stay on the phone helping me with my math homework just to make sure I succeeded. You were the only one who had believed in my music. You supported me and helped me edit my songs I have written and told me where I could improve as an artist. Not that I've gone anywhere with it, but you made me believe I could. I will always to continue on singing, writing songs, and playing guitar for you. We've shared so many laughs and so many amazing times and I'm just so relieved that you are not in pain anymore. I'm so grateful that I was able to come see you and tell you how much I love you and appreciate everything you have ever done for me. You were seriously one of my best friends & the best uncle I could ever have. This isn't a goodbye because I'll see you later. Rest in Peace Uncle Larry. I love you to the moon & back.
