Obituary of Doreen Laura Taramina

Doreen Laura Taramina, 93, of Manalapan, died on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at Centra State Medical Center in Freehold. Born in Newport, South Wales, she resided in Brooklyn for 69 years before moving to Manalapan to be with her family. Before retiring, Doreen worked in the medical field as a receptionist for more than 20 years.  

She is predeceased by her parents Ada and Samuel; husband Frank; siblings, Gwen, Florrie, Mick, Sam and Leonard, and her two children Charles and Patricia.  She is survived by her son-in-law, Nick, her four grandchildren, Doreen, Denise, John and Michael and ten great grandchildren, Jessica, Alexandra, Caleb, Jonny, Hannah, Abigail, Chloe, Lucy, Issac and Noah. 

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Monday, April 22, 2019 from 4:00-8:00pm at Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan. A Funeral Liturgy will be held on Tuesday April 23, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Church, Millstone.
