Obituary of Concetta E. Mandell

Connie Mandell, (nee Fama) of Scotch Plains, New Jersey, died peacefully on December 27th, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, wife and sister who loved life and was always caring to all her family.  She had a strong devotion in faith and celebrated her Christian values.  She loved to laugh, enjoyed musical talents of her generation, traveling, family parties and cooking.  A beautiful woman and was always ready to make everyone laugh.  A kind and gentle person who was beloved by all that knew her. 

Her husband Sebastian "Sebby" Mandell pre-deceased her in 2004 and daughter Brenda Vermeal in 2008.  She is survived by her daughter Rhonda Prosetti and son-in-law Mark of Manalapan, New Jersey; loving grandchildren Michael Prosetti and fiance Rae and Alexandra Prosetti Coffey and her husband John who were the loves of her life.  Brother Lawrence Fama, sisters Rose Preziosi, Gerry Weidner, Louise Fama, Helen Bottone and many nieces and nephews.

Her life will be celebrated at Church of St. Theresa, Kenilworth, New Jersey on Friday January 4 at 10:30 AM.
