I hope you can see me now Papa. I hope you are proud of the person I am becoming. I hope you are looking down on me and seeing the progress I have made. I hope you can see the obstacles and challenges I have faced mentally. I hope you can see the light in my eyes and the passion that drives me to continue my photography job. I hope you know I think about you everyday, and that it is still surreal that you are no longer joking with me and telling me to always be the best version of myself. You are my everything, and you always will be. May you rest in peace and know you were and will always be loved by everyone. I look down at my arm where your name lies and gives me the strength and courage to keep on moving forward. I love you with all of my heart, and I hope to God that you are proud of me.

This man was the highlight of every room. He always managed to make me smile, no matter what mood I was in. Seeing him sitting in his recliner chair and his back scratcher hanging on the lamp next to him, was the best view in the world. Sitting next to him while watching NASCAR was the best times of my life. I learned so much from this man, and looked up to him my entire life. He raised my dad to be the best man I have ever known, the best dad in the world. He was a huge reason why I got up everyday and fought through obstacles, and now I get up everyday just trying to make him proud. He was always working in his handy dandy garage with all of my dad's race cars and I learned the true meaning of hard work from him. I miss him dearly and will forever cherish every moment with him.
