Obituary of Anthony J. Musich

Anthony J. Musich, 69, passed away on Tuesday, May 27, 2014, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold. Born in Jersey City, he was a resident of Manalapan. Mr. Musich was a manager in the Billing Department for AT&T. He was a member of the Vietnam Veterans of America, a member and past faithful Navigator of the Knights of Columbus Council #4815, a member of the Yorktowne Club and a CERT member. He also served on the Manalapan Environmental Commission, the Manalapan Board of Education, and the County Transportation Board. Mr. Musich was a member of the United States Air Force, proudly serving two tours of duty during the Vietnam War. As part of his service, he became explosive ordinance disposal trained. Mr. Musich is survived by his loving wife, Mary Ann Musich (nee: Horn); his beloved son, Thomas, and his fiancée, Stephanie Uglevich; and his dear sister, Dianna Kulick, and her husband, Joseph. The funeral will be conducted by Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan, on Friday, May 30, 2014. A funeral Mass will be held at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Old Bridge at 9:00 a.m. followed by interment at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans' Cemetery, Wrightstown. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, May 29, 2014 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Samaritan Center Food Pantry, 211 Route 522, Tennent, NJ 07763.
