Obituary of Iris Edith Vesce

Iris E. Vesce, 82, of Dorothy, Mays Landing, passed away on March 10, 2014 at home. Born and raised in Brooklyn, she lived in Staten Island before moving to Dorothy. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be missed by all who knew her. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles in 2002, and her grandson, Richard in 2013. Iris is survived by her three children and their spouses, Charles Jr. and Joan of Marlboro, Richard and Debra of Monroe Township and Laura Improta and her husband, Steve of Dorothy; her siblings, Victor Raimo and Stella Formes; six grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday, March 13th, from 4 to 8 PM, at Freeman Funeral Home, 47 East Main Street, Freehold. A graveside funeral service will be held on Friday at 11 AM at Resurrection Cemetery, Staten Island, NY.
