Obituary of Leonard P. Morton

Leonard P. Morton, 44, of New York City, passed away on Friday, March 7, 2014. Born on Long Island, he was raised in Great Neck and was a long time resident of Manhattan. Leonard was a self-employed lawyer in Manhattan, an administrative law judge, and an associate professor at Hunter College. He was also active in the NY State Guard giving free legal advice.
He is survived by his wife, Dara Birnkrant-Morton; his brother and sister-in-law, Dr. Evan and Adele Morton; and two nieces, Samantha and Lindsey.
A graveside funeral service will be held Tuesday, March 11, at 12 PM at Old Tennent Cemetery, 454 Tennent Road, Manalapan.
